Thank you for shopping at Viral Must Haves (viral-must-haves.com). This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Because we work with global fulfillment partners through DSers and CJ Dropshipping on our Shopify store, some products may ship from international warehouses.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the warehouse fulfilling the order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 8–16 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days

  • Europe: 8–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes available within 3–7 days after shipment.

Multiple Packages

Because we work with multiple international suppliers, your order may be shipped in separate packages if items are sourced from different warehouses.

This is normal for dropshipping stores and helps deliver products faster.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Viral Must Haves.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  1. Check your tracking information

  2. Contact your local shipping carrier

  3. Contact our support team
